360 Capital Partners has implemented and maintains an operational procedure in order to quickly and efficiently process complaints made by its clients. Any complaint may be referred to 360 Capital Partners, 138 bd Haussmann, 75008 Paris, France. The management company will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within a maximum of ten working days from the date it was received, unless a response has been issued to the client in the intervening period. Except in duly justified exceptional circumstances, a response will be issued to the client within two months of receipt of the complaint.

360 Capital Partner is required to set up internal reporting channels for employees and other stakeholders (freelancers, consultants, trainees, shareholders, directors, interns, suppliers) for voicing concerns regarding legal or regulatory compliance and/or for reporting suspected wrongdoings or unlawful or unethical conduct.
Every visitor of this website who has the possibility to provide personal information online (through the website, through an online form application or via email) to 360 Capital Partners (the “Personal Information”) provided that such Personal Information is true and lawful and in no way prejudicial to the interests of third parties.

The Management Company undertakes to make its best endeavours to carry out its business as an equity investor in a socially responsible manner. To this end, it will take into consideration the social, environmental and good governance (ESG) criteria referred to in Article L. 533-22-1 of the French Monetary and Financial Code.
360 Capital Partners invests in Early Stage companies with high growth potential and provide them with the capital needed to finance their development, and thus generate more jobs and therefore more growth.
360 Capital Partners’ team is however aware of the importance of the issues related to the environment, employment and governance.
In addition, 360 Capital Partners is a signatory of the UNPRI since 2021 and also participates in the socially responsible investor approach promoted by FSI France Investissement and signed the Charte des investisseurs partenaires de FSI France Investissement.
360 Capital Partners’ policies take into account sustainability risks into the investment decision-making process by incorporating additional layers of scrutiny and due diligence.
360 Capital Partners’ policies also seek to assess the negative impact of investment decisions on sustainability factors. Typically, investments in certain sectors that may have an adverse sustainability impact will be excluded from the investment scope (e.g. illegal economic activities, production of and trade of weapons and ammunition, extraction and production of coal or coal related products etc.).
The management company includes sustainability risk in the compensation policy of its employees.

Documents and other material submitted online (through the website, through an online form application or via email) by Candidate Companies (companies seeking business relationship with 360 Capital Partners) shall be used exclusively for the assessment of potential:
a) investment by 360 Capital Partners’ funds and/or
b) partnership/collaboration with one of 360 Capital Partners’ Investors.
To fulfil such assessment, the above-mentioned material shall be available to all 360 Capital Staff, restricted number of technical advisors and nominated individuals within 360 Capital Partners Investors. Therefore, Candidate Companies authorize 360 Capital Partners to disclose such information to 360 Capital Partners Investors, being specified that the 360 Capital Partners Investors accessing such submitted documents and material are bound by appropriate confidentiality obligations. Candidate Companies may specifically request that access to such submitted material be restricted to 360 Staff, fully aware that such limitation would adversely affect 360 Capital’s ability to formulate a complete assessment of a given company. Such request must be provided in writing together with the application or sent via email to info@360cap.vc.
